Baby's 1st Halloween

I've gone to write something a couple of times now. I sit down and start..then think to myself why in the world would anyone want to read what I have to say? I still don't know what to write.

So here is what we did on Ryder's first Halloween. Nothing. We dressed him up as the cutest little robot ever. Took him to Adam's mom's house for a little while. Hung out with Grandma, Great Grandma & Great Grandpa. Once Adam was home we went over to his dad's house. That's the excitment of baby's 1st Halloween.

Looking forward to this weekend, we are having people over. We'll see how that goes. With early bedtimes and noise restrictions. Usually Ryder will sleep through anything but with my lucky lately he'll be up 5 or 6 times through out the night. On the topic of rough nights, sleep depervation is starting to takes it toll on me. I knew being a parent would be hard. I knew I wouldn't get much sleep. I am actually really lucky, Ryder usually sleeps great. Asleep by 8pm then awake at 2 or 3am eats, cuddles then back to sleep from 2:30 or 3:30am then awake at 6am for the day. For the last two weeks it has been asleep by 7pm awake at midnight back to sleep by 1am sleeps until 5am asleep at 5:30 then awake by 7am for the day. I am getting sleep but disturbed sleep is not good sleep. But I don't want to complain. I want to be super mom. I want to take care of everything on my own. Ugh..deep breath! I'd love for Ryder to take a long enough nap for me to take a shower though!

Next Tuesday is Ryder's Christmas photo session. I am so excited! We have the most fantastic photographer, we are so lucky to have found her. She did Ryder's newborn pictures and our family photos just a couple weeks ago.
